The kiosk has been so helpful to our business. Not only is it easy to fill, but it is easy to use for us and all of our employees. Safety is key when it comes to a unit like this. The vault is designed very well and it would take an army with a torch to have any sort of luck getting into it. When talking about fills, our previous unit made it quite the process compared to the M3T. Open the vault, fill the cassettes, close the vault, and drop/fill. It is that simple when it comes to doing a fill on this unit.
Great staff, sturdy unit, ease of use. These are 3 layers that can be topped with the cherry of customer service. M3T has been outstanding when it comes to this aspect. We have had issues, as you will with any electronic components, but they have been so helpful in resolving these issues. The staff has been available any time we have reached out. Not only have our issues been resolved, but they were resolved quickly. Day or night, weekday or weekend. This is key when you’re counting on this unit being in operation at all hours of business.
