Network Engineer (Norman, OK)

The Network Engineer is responsible for all m3t Server Hardware in purchasing, setup, installation, implementation and testing. He/she coordinates and documents all server and network setups and installations. He/She assists in ordering all server and necessary hardware. He/She develops procedures and standards for Server Setup and Installation.

Responsibilities

The Network Engineer is responsible for coordinating with the Director of Operations on all company projects that require server hardware installation and setup. The Network Engineer is responsible for preparing, setting up, and testing the server setup for each project. The Network Engineer will install and setup the server setup at each property and confirm communication from the m3t office to the server at the locations. He/She is also responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving any server or server related hardware issues for each project either by on-site visits or by phone support. This person is also responsible for providing solution to complex LAN and WAN networks as well as multi-site database solutions and complex IT issues is large corporate environments. - Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Certification and Experience in Networking and Server Configuration
  • A+ Hardware Certification
  • A+ Software Certification
  • NetPlus Certification
  • Ability to work 40-60 hours per work on a flexible schedule
  • 3+ years experience in casino gaming or related field
  • Microsoft Certified Service Engineer
  • CISCO industry experience preferred
  • CISCO router certification
  • UNIX or Posix experience preferred
  • SQL Server solutions
  • DB2 and Oracle solutions preferred

Technician (Norman, OK)

This position will be responsible for preparation and installation of computer equipment and electronic hardware in casino and gaming facilities. The position assists casino centers in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues with computer equipment, electronic hardware and networking. This position also trains end-users of the electronic hardware and software installed.

Responsibilities

Prepare, create and test multiple cable types necessary for upcoming and current installations Prepare, setup and troubleshoot computers, including PCs, Point-of-Sale, and Server hardware for upcoming and current installations. Troubleshooting m3t hardware and setup with customers Installing m3t hardware and setup computer network in remote casino or gaming locations. Any other duties as assigned.

  • Basic knowledge of networking utilizing Cat5 and Cat6 cabling.

Accountant / Client Liason (Norman, OK)

The Accountant / Client Liason will interact directly with m3t clients to solve accounting and various other related issues. He/She will also document all issues in Parature and escalate the issue to other internal personnel as needed to provide timely resolution .

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with m3t clients to solve accounting and other related issues.
  • Logs into each customer’s property to validate proper daily operations.
  • Checks accounting reports.
  • Logs all accounting issues: Diagnoses problem, Fixes issues and reports to appropriate personnel or customer
  • Checks EOD and Meters
  • Checks Sonicwall VPN Connections
  • Notifies customer if needed
  • Receives all product inventory and places in proper location
  • Assists in scheduling customer service site visits
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Computer skills specifically with Word, Parature, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Senior Programmer (Norman, OK)

The Senior Programmer is responsible for managing projects and leading development teams by assigning, distributing, and overseeing projects given to programmers per company project schedule and project priority. Responsible for developing, testing and implementing system modules, features and system updates ensuring usability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for distributing and assigning projects to programmers and overseeing these projects to confirm usability, use of best practices, testing procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Analysis of requirements to develop definition of system functions.
  • Utilize latest programming tools to develop software function improvements.
  • Understanding of software development best practices, ensuring all software development project follow those best practices.
  • Tracks all development projects in revision & change management tools.
  • Implements system project in casino to customer satisfaction (criteria)
  • Confirm Usability and Customer Satisfaction
  • Works with customers to determine and fill specific requirements.
